Sober Coaching
One-on-one mentorship for navigating early recovery, relapse risk, and building a life worth staying sober for.
Recovery isn't just about stopping a behavior; it's about building a new life. Our sober coaching provides the bridge between treatment and the real world, offering structured support, accountability, and a guide who has walked the path before.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from a sponsor?
A sponsor guides you through the 12 steps. A sober coach is a professional who helps with the practical application of recovery in all areas of life, including career, school, family, and health. We work collaboratively with clinical teams and provide a higher level of accountability.
Do you work with clients who are not entirely abstinent?
Yes, we meet clients where they are. While we advocate for sobriety as the clearest path to wellness, we practice harm reduction and motivational interviewing to help clients move toward their goals.
